Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Perceptivity Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17448834) with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom ("Perceptivity", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. We provide AI lead generation and customer retention services to business clients.

1. Two Roles: Controller and Processor. We act as a data controller for personal data about our website visitors, prospects, and client contacts (the people we deal with directly). We act as a data processor for personal data our clients provide or that we process on their behalf to deliver the services — for example, their leads’ and customers’ names, phone numbers and email addresses. For that data, our client is the controller, and requests about it should be directed to the relevant client; we will assist them in responding as required by law.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information you provide. Name, business name, job title, email address, phone number and message content when you enquire, book a call, or sign up; billing name, address and payment details (processed by our payment provider) when you subscribe; and correspondence when you contact us.

2.2. Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions on our website, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 9), and usage data within our platform (features used, session information, logs).

2.3. Client-provided data (processor). Contact records, lead lists, conversation history and related data our clients upload or connect so we can deliver the services on their behalf.

3. How We Use Personal Data and Our Lawful Bases

3.1. To provide the services — setting up and operating your account, delivering lead-capture, follow-up and outreach on your behalf, billing and support (lawful basis: performance of a contract).

3.2. To run and improve our business — analytics, service improvement, security, fraud prevention and enforcing our terms (lawful basis: legitimate interests).

3.3. To market our own services — sending updates and offers to business contacts, with the ability to opt out at any time (lawful basis: legitimate interests or consent, as required by law).

3.4. To comply with law — accounting, tax and regulatory obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation).

4. Sharing. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us deliver the services — including our platform and communications infrastructure, cold-outreach tooling, payment processing, accounting, email and analytics providers — under contracts requiring them to protect it and use it only on our instructions; (b) our client, where we process data on that client’s behalf; (c) professional advisers, and authorities where required by law; and (d) a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. International Transfers. We are a UK company and our clients and providers are located in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, the Netherlands and elsewhere, so personal data may be transferred outside the UK and EEA. Where we do so, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and billing data for the life of the client relationship and up to six (6) years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations; enquiry data for up to twenty-four (24) months; and client-provided data for the duration of the client’s agreement, after which it is exported on request and deleted (normally within thirty (30) days of termination unless law requires longer).

7. Security. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. UK and EU residents may complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk). Residents of certain US states (including California), Canada and Australia have similar rights under their local laws, including rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data — noting that we do not sell personal data. To exercise any right, contact us at info@perceptivityai.org; we will respond within the timescales required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If your data was processed on behalf of one of our clients, we will refer your request to that client.

9. Cookies. Our website uses essential cookies to operate, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, via our cookie banner. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

10. Children. Our website and services are intended for businesses and for individuals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links. Our website may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before providing personal data.

12. Changes to this Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and, for material changes, notify registered clients by email.
