This policy explains how Perceptivity Ltd (company number 17448834) uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, on this website.
What are cookies? Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of data stored on your device when you visit a website.
Essential storage. Needed for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice and keeping forms, bookings and the chat guide working. These do not need your consent.
Analytics storage (only if you accept). If you accept, we store a random visitor ID in your browser and record which pages of this site you visit, the site you came from, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). We use this to understand what is useful on our site and to improve it. We do not record your name or email from this. If you later give us your details through a form, booking or chat, we may link your earlier visits to you so we can follow up more relevantly. We record nothing about you if you reject.
Marketing storage (only if you accept). If you accept, we may load advertising pixels from social media providers such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. These help us show relevant ads to people who visited our site and measure how our ads perform. These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect; see their own privacy notices.
How long we keep it. Visit records that are not linked to a contact are deleted automatically after 13 months. Records linked to a contact are kept for as long as we hold that contact record, and in any case no longer than 24 months. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you change it.
Your choices. You can accept or reject non-essential storage in the banner, and change your mind at any time with the Preferences button at the bottom left of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the visitor ID and the page records linked to it. You can also clear storage in your browser settings.
Third parties. Our site is hosted by Framer, and our forms, bookings and chat guide run on our own software platform. Any third-party cookies set by them are used only to provide those features.
Contact. For questions or to exercise your data rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
